I couldn't keep up with drinking 8 glasses of water a day, it was just so bloating for me and I really didn't like the bland taste. My dermatologist recommended I drink this much every day in order to help keep my skin hydrated. So I tried Borba Replenishing Aqua-less Crystaline Lycee Fruit packets that I add to my water. I love them, instead of drinking plain water I have flavor and I know I'm getting the vitamins to keep my skin replenished. It actually has been great for me overall, I feel more energetic and don't suffer from mid afternoon tiredness. My skin looks amazing and more youthful. Great product
