PHILIP B Anti- Flake Relief Shampoo will balance and even out the skin’s cell production so that you are sure of a scalp that is free of flakes. It is also safe for color treated hair and all other types of hair and can be used regularly to keep skin conditions under control and balanced all the time. 

Directions: Shake well. Use as a daily treatment shampoo for relief from an oily or dry, flaky scalp. Apply a small amount and gently massage onto wet scalp. Leave shampoo on scalp for two to three minutes or longer. Gently pull lather through to the ends of hair and rinse well.
