PCA Skin care was first started in 1990, by licensed aesthetician Margaret Ancira. In 2006, PCA Skin added Jennifer Linder, M.D., to its staff. Dr. Linder is a board-certified dermatologist who guides product development and clinical trials for PCA Skincare.
