Purchasing Skin Care for Combination Skin

It is challenging when part of your face requires one kind of product and the other part of the face requires another kind of product.  If you suffer from combination skin, you may feel as though this is a daily challenge.  When you find a product that will remove the dry skin, you immediately make the oily part oilier.

There are different kinds of combination skin.   We will focus on the most challenging two:

  • Dry Oily Skin
  • Dry Sensitive Skin

Dry oily skin is the most common type of combination skin and usually consists of the oily “T-zone” and dry cheeks.  The “T-zone is the area of your face that contains the forehead, nose, and chin.  It is common for this area to contain the most oil glands.

Dry sensitive skin is also common.  This is usually the extremely dry skin that is sensitive to the environment and most chemicals in products.  This skin usually needs hypoallergenic products and products free of dyes and perfumes.

With either of these types of combination skin, you need a good skincare regime that you can trust to provide safe and effective care for your skin type.

Steer clear from all products that are not all natural.  Any product that contains chemicals are harming to normal skin, but when you apply them to combination skin, or sensitive skin, you can open up a whole new world of problems.  A natural product will find the source of the problem and correct it in the most nourishing way possible.

Look for products that contain any of these:

Vitamin C, Retinol,Vitamin K (also known as Phytonadione),Vitamin A, Peptides, Matrixyl 3000, Argireline, PhytoCell Tec-Stem Cell, Vialox PentaPeptide-3, Syn-Coll-Peptide, Sodium Hyaluronate, Coenzyme-Q10.  These are just a few of the natural ingredients to look for.

By nourishing your skin from the inside out, with vitamins and enzymes, you will be able to correct the problems from the inside out.
